Welcome to SRElevate.com! By accessing our website, browsing, or purchasing any product, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including customers, vendors, affiliates, and contributors.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. 📦 Products & Services

SRElevate specializes in custom, made-to-order, and print-on-demand products, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized t-shirts, mugs, bottles, cushions, keychains, and rakhis
  • Festival and corporate gifting products
  • Customized bulk orders for companies, events, and special occasions

All items are produced based on customer-provided details such as text, images, logo, color, or design preferences.


2. 🛒 Order Process

By placing an order on SRElevate.com, you confirm that:

  • All customization details submitted (name, photo, logo, size, text, or design) are accurate and final.
  • You have reviewed and approved any digital mockups or previews (if provided).
  • You understand that custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has started.

For corporate or bulk orders, a final design approval (in writing or email) is mandatory before production. Once approved, no design or quantity changes will be accepted.


3. 💳 Payment & Billing

  • All payments must be made in full before production begins.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party gateways integrated with Shopify.
  • Customers agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
  • For corporate orders, partial advance payments (50% or as agreed) may be accepted; the remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders for payment verification issues or failed transactions.

International shipping times vary based on customs clearance and courier service availability.

🌎 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and product type.
  • International shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns.


5. 🔁 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

As all SRElevate products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect personalization by the customer
  • Size, color, or print preference after production begins

✅ Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • A wrong item or incorrect design (by our team) was delivered

For bulk orders, replacements or refunds apply only to the affected units (not the entire shipment).

6. 🎨 Design Accuracy & Color Disclaimer

We ensure the highest printing standards. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen, lighting, or printing differences.
  • We are not responsible for low-resolution, copyright-protected, or incorrect files submitted by the customer.
  • For bulk orders, the approved digital sample/mockup will be considered the final reference for production.


7. 🚫 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products or services for:

  • Illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Uploading offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content without rights
  • Violating intellectual property laws or engaging in fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these conditions.


8. 🔐 Privacy

Your use of SRElevate is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We respect your privacy and use personal information only for processing, communication, and delivery.
We never sell or share your data with third parties without consent.


9. 🛠️ Corporate & Bulk Order Terms

For Corporate / Bulk Orders (10+ units or custom branding):

  • Production starts only after written design approval and advance payment.
  • Cancellations or refunds are not allowed after production approval.
  • Replacement will only be provided for defective or damaged products (with proof).
  • Bulk shipping is handled via reputed logistics or freight partners.
  • For international bulk orders, SRElevate is not liable for customs delays or duties.


10. 🌐 International Orders

We proudly ship to USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

  • Delivery timelines: 10–18 business days after dispatch
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility
  • No returns or refunds for international shipments unless product is defective or damaged in transit

SRElevate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
