  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Production begins only after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Please verify customization details (name, design, photo, text) before placing your order. Incorrect details may cause delays.

  • Domestic (India): Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
  • International: Calculated by destination, parcel weight, and courier service type (Economy / Express).
  • Free Shipping Offers: Available during select promotions or on minimum cart values.
  • Customs & Import Duties:
    • All applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
    • SRElevate is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs.

  • Standard domestic shipping rates apply.
  • Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days (India) / 10–20 business days (International).
  • Free shipping may apply during ongoing offers or on eligible cart value.

🧳 Bulk Orders (Corporate / Event / Gifting Orders)

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days (depending on order volume).
  • Shipping Method: Economy or Express bulk courier services.
  • Delivery Estimate:
    • India: 7–12 business days
    • International: 15–25 business days (depending on destination & customs)

🔄 Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to:

SRElevate is not liable for courier delays but will assist you with tracking and updates.


❗ Wrong Address or Non-Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct before checkout.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refused deliveries

Re-delivery requests may incur additional shipping charges.


🔁 Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If your package is returned to us due to non-delivery or customs refusal:

  • You can request re-dispatch (shipping charges apply).
  • No refunds will be issued for customized or personalized products.
